The ServCtr brand represents the finest in service delivery to the occupants of commercial buildings managed by Bentall. If you are situated in a Bentall building, ServCtr will:

  • make it easier for you to place requests;
  • make it easier for you to monitor the level of service that you receive; and
  • help minimize your total cost of occupancy.

As a Bentall tenant, you are welcome to take advantage of all of the benefits of ServCtr irrespective of the size of space or the type of property that you occupy.

First and foremost, ServCtr is all about relationships.

Bentall recognizes that while it is a good thing to offer self-serve to those who want it, better service does not happen by removing people from the equation. ServCtr isn't designed to replace people, it's a tool to help them give you better service.

ServCtr allows Bentall to ensure that the people at our end have all the facts instantly at our disposal when you call. ServCtr has been built specifically for Bentall and is increasingly being regarded as one of the most technologically advanced tenant response systems available.

Simplicity

At its heart ServCtr is designed to make it easy for you, as a tenant in a building managed by Bentall, to communicate your service needs, to ensure that your requests are resolved and that your service expectations are met.

Ease of communication is achieved by extending the time we are open (well beyond standard office hours), and by offering a wide choice of contact methods. As an example, you can choose between phone, fax, web, email, or wireless when you need to place a request.

Ease of monitoring performance is achieved using some simple web reports, which clearly measure the service delivery against deadline for every request that you make. At your option, you can even choose to activate real time satisfaction surveys, one request at a time.

One of the things that makes the ServCtr system unique is its ability to assign service deadlines one request at a time. The system literally translates the agreed upon service levels into specific deadlines for specific types of requests. In other words, you receive the service that you expect and Bentall stands accountable to meet those deadlines.

In addition, ServCtr provides real-time measurement and reporting (on actual performance vs. your expectation) to help prevent problems from happening in the first place. This level of commitment helps provide outstanding service today, but it's also a powerful tool for future improvements.

Not only can you use the web reports to check on specific requests, you can also monitor the level of service that you receive over time, by request type, etc. You can even choose to be automatically notified of key events around a service call. This is particularly useful for larger tenants with multiple requests outstanding at any given point in time.
